Description

This is an item I previously purchased on Mercari.
It's a handmade taiko drum that was listed as kenkeni (a type of taiko).
The body is a PVC pipe with a wood-patterned sticker.

Size: 45 cm x 23 cm (diameter)

One side of the drumhead is goat skin,
and the other side is pig skin, according to the description.

It produces a soft, pleasant sound, but it wasn't quite the image I was looking for.
