I met Master Ebinuma Takeage in my 30s and used this shakuhachi for over 30 years. I am now listing it as I am winding down my performance activities.
This is not an antique; it is a fully functional instrument that has been used in performances for over 30 years.
I have taken good care of it, and I hope it will be used by someone who plays the shakuhachi.
There are no scratches, but there is some age-related dirt (as it is not an antique, I believe it is the natural level of dirt for a shakuhachi).
