I style the wig using wax, spray, and glue, and finish with a spray to ensure it holds its shape for as long as possible.

Packet shipping (will be shipped in a box with a thickness of 3cm).

Some deformation is unavoidable due to pressure during shipping in a box. Please purchase with understanding.
If you are concerned about deformation, you can add a fee for a 60cm (+650 yen) or 80cm (+750 yen) box, or a set with a mannequin (2500 yen).

❗️❗️ We highly recommend shipping all styled wigs in boxes of 60cm or larger.

❗️ Packaging
For packet and packet plus, the wig will be shipped in its bag. For 60cm and larger, it will be shipped in a separate new plastic bag.

❗️ For mannequin sets, it is easier to disassemble the cardboard box first when removing the wig.

❗️ Wigs are shipped in order. Since shipping is often done close to the set deadline, if you are in a hurry, please decide for yourself whether to pay for expedited shipping or change the shipping method.

❗️ For rush orders or priority shipping:
Additional fee of 1000 yen (ships the day after tomorrow)
2000 yen~ (ships same day or next day)

❗️ For multiple orders:
* If combining 2 items in a packet, a discount of 200 yen (shipping cost) is possible. However, changing to an 80cm box is recommended.

❗️ Upon arrival, please remove the wig from the box immediately and place it on a stand to prevent it from losing its shape.

* No returns/exchanges.

❗️ It is difficult to achieve the exact same state as the photos of styled wigs each time, so please only purchase if you understand that there may be slight differences. Those seeking perfection should refrain from purchasing.

* Cancellations without a response after a dedicated page has been created will be subject to blocking.
* We do not attach hair wefts, specify wig brands, or create lace wigs.
* Items that require extensive work, such as damaging the wig for volume, will be more expensive. (We may refuse orders depending on the current workload.)
