We often receive inquiries asking if it's okay to directly attach it to the IC-705 and apply load to the radio's BNC connector.
Although briefly mentioned in the manual, this is a point of concern.
There have been no reports of breakage despite its widespread use. If you are concerned, you can use the DUP50_C, where all ports are BNC-J, and connect via a cable for peace of mind.
The 5th image shows how to connect a DUP150 to the 144/430MHz port of the DUP50_A and further split it into 144MHz and 430MHz ports.
