This is a revolutionary horoku (traditional Japanese roasting pot) type roaster that allows you to roast green coffee beans to your preference on your home gas stove.

◆ Roasting Method ◆

1: Place green beans into the Iru-Iru using the measuring spoon and place it on the gas stove.

2: While shaking it left and right, heat over high heat for about 2 minutes until it starts to color, and after about 3 minutes, it will begin to crackle.
Remove from the gas stove and check the desired roast level through the pre-heated holes.

3: Further cool by allowing good air circulation.

* Please be careful of burns as it becomes very hot.
