This is the highest grade APX 1200, famous for its use by Takahiro Matsumoto and Tsuyoshi Nagabuchi.
It's almost unused and in beautiful condition.
I'm a fan of Takahiro Matsumoto (Tak Matsumoto) of B'z, and I bought this because it resembled the guitar he played on M Station during the song MOTEL.

Condition:
There are some minor scratches from use and storage on the body sides and the back of the neck.
Otherwise, it's in beautiful condition with almost no other noticeable flaws.

The neck is straight, and the truss rod has not been adjusted.
The frets show little wear, and the ebony fingerboard is dense and beautiful.
The bridge is not lifting significantly, and the string height is very low, making it extremely easy to play.
The acoustic sound is incredibly loud and resonates very well.

Unfortunately,
When I took it out to play after a long time, I found that it powers on with batteries, but no sound comes out.
It's possible the preamp is faulty or degraded and requires repair.

Other than that,
The tuning pegs have been replaced, the body and everything else are sparkling clean.
It has Elixir 11-52 strings installed, which sound great, and it's very comfortable to play.
As an acoustic guitar, not an acoustic-electric, it's top-class.
