As the title suggests, this is a 22-fret neck for a Stratocaster-type guitar (rosewood fingerboard).
The manufacturer and other details are unknown, but judging by the tuners, it appears to be an inexpensive model.
Regarding the condition, the surface of the fingerboard has been thoroughly cleaned and treated with a dedicated wax, so I believe it is in good condition.
(There is not much fret wear, and no noticeable warping to the untrained eye.)
The headstock has been sanded to remove the surface finish, and then clear lacquer has been reapplied.
You can add decals to your liking.
The back of the neck has also been lightly sanded to remove the finish.
This was done to create a smooth feel when playing.
The drawback is that the screw holes for attaching to the body are off-center.
When assembling, you will likely need to drill new screw holes.
