This knife features a thin, small blade, ideal for separating meat from skin and bones.

1) Narrow tang fillet knife
2) Blade material: N60 steel, 2.2 mm thickness
* N60 steel is a stainless steel with few carbides.
* Features excellent corrosion resistance and ultra-high hardness (approx. 60 HRC).
* The thin, curved blade is ideal for skinning meat from bones.
3) Blade length: 100 mm
* Not mirror polished.
4) Handle:
Made from the antler of a Japanese deer from Shinshu.
5) Hilt (guard) & Pommel material:
Made from nickel silver.
6) Decorations: Brass/plastic, nickel silver
7) Overall knife length: 220 mm
8) Sheath material: Cowhide (oil leather)
