This is the The Chest Rig by High Ground Gear.
It is reversible between Coyote (a color close to Eagle's Coyote Brown) and MultiCam camouflage.
This is a thin and lightweight chest rig, designed to eliminate most fabric except for the straps and PALS webbing.
As mentioned, it is reversible and can be used on either the Coyote side or the MultiCam side.
By removing the shoulder straps and using the included fastex buckles, it can also be attached to a plate carrier or other gear.
The back of the shoulder straps are designed to form an H-shape, but they can also be detached and used in an X-shape.
MOLLE pouches can be attached in the gap between the Coyote fabric and the MultiCam fabric.
