Born in Yamanaka Town, Ishikawa Prefecture in 1955.
Graduated from Ishikawa Prefectural Komatsu Technical High School in 1974.
Studied under Maki-e artist Hyo Masanori.
After five years of training, he became independent and continues to strive daily to the present.

There is some minor scuffing on the bottom from being placed on tatami, but otherwise, there are no scratches and the condition is good.
