Purchased 50 years ago at Ryukyu Lacquerware Shop Benbou. Used a few times to serve New Year's dishes. It's festive and useful for celebrations, New Year's, etc. Ryukyu lacquerware is heat-resistant, making it easy to handle. I am listing it because I no longer have a use for it.
