This is what's commonly known as a J Board.
My 19-year-old daughter used this until junior high school. It has scratches that are inevitable with use.

The Ripstick is a ride that combines features of skateboards and snowboards. It has two wheels and two decks (where you place your feet) connected by a central bar. Because the decks move independently, you can propel yourself forward by twisting your body.
How to Use
1. Place both feet on their respective decks.
2. Move forward by twisting your body left and right.
3. A sense of balance is important, and it takes a little practice at first.
