This is a used, rare RIMOWA 931.70 pull-tab Topas Jumbo hybrid model with 2+4 wheels and a capacity of 82 liters. This is an old item.
It has dents and scratches but is still usable. My father purchased it in Germany over 30 years ago. As shown in the images, the wheels may need to be replaced.
