Nishimoto Fuyushiko Layered Kimono, Obi, Haori, Bag 5-Piece Set

This is a 5-piece set including two kimonos, an obi, and a haori purchased around 2001 at Ms. Fuyuko Nishimoto's salon in Aoyama, along with a bag purchased at a Japanese clothing store in Kyoto.

I believe they were worn about 3 times. They can be worn individually, or layered for autumn and winter. Layering makes them very warm. The modern yet somewhat retro atmosphere is truly wonderful.

They have been carefully stored at home. Two of these items are featured in Ms. Nishimoto's book, Kasane Irodori Kimono Jiten: The Charm of Layered Kimono in the Nishimoto Style.

Individual sales are not possible. This is a rare opportunity to purchase these items, which are seldom found on the market, so please consider them if you love kimonos or Ms. Nishimoto's work.

① Black with Kai-shibori pattern
There is some fraying on the seam near the waist (this part will be covered by the obi).

After purchase, I had it made into a pre-tied obi at Kimono Yamato. It has not been worn since it was made into a pre-tied obi. It can be returned to its original state by undoing the stitches. Comes with a box.

④ Haori
Light green with red.

The material for all items is unknown.
I am not very knowledgeable about Japanese clothing, but I believe the length of the kimonos can be adjusted by shortening or lengthening the extra fabric at the waist. They were tailored to fit me perfectly when purchased. The model in the photos is 155 cm tall.

These are items that have been stored at home for a long time. They are not new. We ask that you understand and accept the characteristics of aged items and used clothing. Please refrain from purchasing if you are particular about the condition of items or have any concerns about their state.
