It turned on when I plugged in the charging cord.
I'm not very knowledgeable, but since it's an old item, the battery pack is slightly swollen and likely unusable.
The game software is dirty on the back and doesn't work. It might work if you wipe it.
If you don't need it, I can dispose of it before shipping.
