Suiho Tagawa
1899 (Meiji 32) - 1989 (Heisei 1)
Japanese manga artist and rakugo writer. Real name: Nakataro Takamizawa.
He was a leading children's manga artist in the early Showa period. His representative work, Norakuro, gained such popularity that the characters' appeal extended to adult society, and even after the war, various character goods were produced, making it a social phenomenon.
