This half-cut type is recommended for those who have stiffness around their spine due to injury or age, or for those who find the instability of a cylindrical shape difficult.
[Condition]
I purchased these for bench press training, but they didn't seem to suit me, so I only used them occasionally for stretching.
There are some signs of age-related dirt and scuffs, but the cushioning itself has not lost its firmness and does not interfere with stretching or exercise.
There are also circular marks on the cover, but these do not affect usability either. (See photo 6)
