Description
This is a set of Arbiter FLATS toms.
I purchased them about 20 years ago and used them for street lives and in-store performances.
They show signs of use, but they were recently maintained and the heads were replaced (they have been used a little).
They have a very unique structure with no lugs and tuning done in one place.
The sound is somewhere between a single-ply drum and a Roto-tom, with both attack and low end, and I feel it has a good body resonance!
