We have remade the Kendo gi you sent into a 39-size, 3-bamboo-stick bag (with a drink pocket).

The folded-over top part and the upper part of the genuine leather at the bottom have a diamond pattern.

Soft (semi-hard) fusible interfacing has been applied to the back of the Kendo gi.

The school label has been placed at the top, tied with a string.

The drink pocket is sized to fit 500-600ml plastic bottles, with a gusset running vertically in the center to allow it to expand when a bottle is inserted. (Since a gusset cannot be made with a double-layered Kendo gi, a thin Kendo gi is used for the gusset.)

Black genuine leather is used for the bottom.

We did not have a 39-size bamboo stick, so in the photos, we have used 3 x 38-size bamboo sticks and a wooden sword for demonstration. (The bamboo sticks and wooden sword shown in the photos are not included in the product.)
