It was fine initially, but afterwards, a commercially available, inexpensive waterproofing spray was used. The owner stated, When riding a scooter, rain seeps through and I get wet. They switched to a different product, but the result might have been different if Montbell's water-repellent spray had been used.
There are no particularly noticeable scratches, and I believe the condition is good.
