Saburo Ota
Born in Yamagata Prefecture in 1950. Graduated from Tsuruoka National College of Technology, Department of Mechanical Engineering in 1971. Began exhibiting in 1985 and has held numerous solo exhibitions. He continues to create works using postage stamps, such as SEED PROJECT, where he collects seeds daily, encloses them in Japanese paper, and turns them into stamps, and the POST WAR series, which addresses various post-war issues.
